🧠 Cannabis News You Can Use

Let’s talk popcorn pricing real quick.

As of July 1, Minnesota’s new cannabis tax structure officially kicked in — and if you’ve noticed our prices bump up a bit, this is why:

• 15% state cannabis tax

• 6.875% general sales tax

• Up to 9.875% local tax in places like St. Paul (and they might tack on 3% more soon)

That means legal cannabis products can be taxed over 30% in some spots — no joke.

We’re not out here price gouging. We’re just trying to stay above water while keeping our popcorn fire and fully compliant.

But here’s our promise: We’ll keep offering discounts, specials, and bundle deals to our loyal folks every chance we get. Flavor shouldn't break the bank.
